ETEK implemented an automated palletizing solution for end-of-line operations, enabling full automation of carton handling, pallet stacking, and finished pallet stretch wrapping.

The system utilizes industrial robots to perform palletizing tasks with high accuracy and consistent stacking patterns. The entire process is synchronized with upstream production lines, ensuring a continuous and stable material flow.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the solution can be adapted to different factory layouts and allows easy changes in stacking patterns, pallet types, and carton sizes. Its modular architecture ensures the system is ready for capacity expansion or deployment across additional production lines.

After commissioning, the system demonstrated clear effectiveness in real production conditions. With a capacity of up to 40 cartons per minute, it fully meets the requirements for continuous 24/7 industrial operation.
