What is the WP-30S Collaborative Palletizing Robot?

The WP-30S Collaborative Palletizing Robot is a specialized cobot system engineered for end-of-line palletizing operations. Featuring a dual-station layout (left-right), the robot enables non-stop, continuous palletizing: once a pallet on one side is fully stacked, the cobot automatically switches to the adjacent station while an operator safely removes the loaded pallet and places a new empty one.

Automated Operational Process:

  • Infeed Handover: An infeed conveyor delivers carton cases or packages to the pickup station.
  • Gripping & Positioning: The end-of-arm tooling (vacuum suction or mechanical gripper) picks up packages with an exceptional repeatability accuracy of ±0.04mm.
  • Pattern Palletizing: The cobot arm stacks packages onto the pallet according to pre-programmed stacking patterns, reaching a maximum stacking height of up to 2150mm.
  • Flexible Station Switching: Dual-station configuration (left-right) allows 24/7 continuous operation without downtime for pallet replacement.
