ETEK’s Solution
ETEK implemented a comprehensive automated packaging solution for cup-type products, enabling full automation of the entire process from infeed to finished carton output. The system was designed as a fully integrated solution to ensure continuous and stable production flow.
The solution covers automatic infeeding, cup flipping, multipack grouping, carton erecting, and final carton sealing. The entire line is centrally controlled via an HMI system, allowing operators to easily monitor, adjust, and manage operating conditions in real time.
With a modular architecture, ETEK’s solution not only meets current production requirements but is also ready for capacity expansion or replication across multiple lines within the same factory or at new production sites.

Achieved Results
Once commissioned, the project demonstrated clear technical and operational effectiveness. The system achieves a throughput of up to 18,000 cups per hour with two parallel lines, fully meeting the demands of continuous industrial production.
Full automation of the packaging process significantly reduces dependence on manual labor, minimizes errors, and ensures consistent product quality. Productivity is improved, operating costs are optimized, and factory floor space is utilized more efficiently.
More importantly, the solution has been standardized in both design and operation, providing a solid foundation for easy replication when scaling up production or deploying the system at additional locations.
